On Saturday, September 12, MSM students gathered on the Ades Performance Space terrace for a reading of Mahler’s First Symphony, conducted by MSM alumnus Benjamin Grow (MM ’16).
“It’s been amazing. There’s something magical about being around musicians who have the same passion as you,” said cellist Zoe Lavoie-Gagne (BM ’24) during a break. “I’m really grateful to MSM for finding ways for us to play together.”
沙巴体育官网violist and current msm student toby winarto (bm ’19, mm ’21), a member of the msm symphony orchestra, was part of this special event and recorded the thoughts and reactions of participating artists.
